A Peek Inside the Lesson

This is the real lesson text your child hears, read aloud by a friendly voice.

A sculpture is 3D art. You can look at it from all sides.

Flat paper becomes 3D when you fold, curl or loop it.

Abstract art doesn't show a real thing. It uses shapes, lines and colors.

Turn your sculpture around. It should look interesting from every side!

For parents

Try It at Home

Learning sticks best when kids use it in real life. Here are simple ideas from this course.

  1. Make some strips into loops and glue the ends.
  2. Fold some strips like a fan or a zigzag.
  3. Curl some strips around a pencil.
  4. Glue the strips onto the cardboard base, standing up.
  5. Turn it around. Add more strips where it looks empty.
