Is there a free plan?

Yes. A free account opens the first 2 courses of every subject, in every grade, with no card needed.

How do I cancel?

Anytime, in a few clicks: open My account and turn off auto-renewal. You keep access until the end of the month you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. You can also email us and we'll do it for you.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If SkillBloom isn't right for your family, ask within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. Read our Refund Policy.

Who processes my payment?

Payments are processed securely by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, receipts, taxes and payment questions, and we never see your full card details.
