A Peek Inside the Lesson

This is the real lesson text your child hears, read aloud by a friendly voice.

Moving from one place to live in another is called migration.

People move for many reasons: a new job, to be near family, for school or to be safe.

Someone who moves to live in a new country is an immigrant.

Immigrants bring their foods, music, languages and traditions. Communities become richer!

Moving can be hard. Being kind and welcoming helps new neighbors feel at home.
